History
Texas Tower Public Relations was originally chartered in the late 1960s by Dr. Alan Scott, who also founded the second PRSSA chapter in the nation here at The University of Texas at Austin in 1968. Texas Tower began as a part of the Public Relations Campaigns course and was originally called the High Noon Agency because its members met at high noon in front of the bell tower.
